Lisa Sterne is a writer, audiology assistant, and former child therapist who blends personal narrative, soul truth, and radical tenderness into everything she creates.
She is the author of the children’s books What If I Can’t Hear? and What If I Try?, both inspired by her son’s experiences with hearing loss, bravery, and becoming. Lisa’s writing explores the beauty and ache of transformation—through motherhood, disability, neurodivergence, and spiritual awakening.
Lisa lives in Arizona with her husband, son, and two mischievous Bombay cats. Her current works-in-progress include a memoir-in-essays titled Things I Want to Tell You and a heart-centered practice of writing with her guides.
